The "WHY" & Importance of certain moves
The specifics of certain basketball actions will be broken down. This is not a just rinse and repeat what the trainer does. It is educational
Footwork
Footwork is an art within itself. This aspect will not be skipped nor overlooked!
Terminology
There is a name for everything, and learning the terminology makes it easier to communicate what is asked of the players
The Rip Cone has many uses. They are primarily used for ball-handling drills forcing players to dip their shoulders and get low when driving to the basket.
This visual depiction of where your feet are supposed to be at a given moment is a game changer. Speeds up the learning and understanding process.
