How to handle a basketball
Ball handling is one of the foundations of basketball. In the beginning stages, this is the most important aspect to learn.
How to Shoot a basketball
Proper shooting mechanics are essential! You cannot become a great shooter without them!
Footwork
Footwork is an art within itself. This aspect will not be skipped nor overlooked!
Importance of hardwork
We don't only want to build great basketball players. We also want the kids leaving to be great contributers to society.
The Rip Cone has many uses. They are primarily used for ball-handling drills forcing players to dip their shoulders and get low when driving to the basket.
This visual depiction of where your feet are supposed to be at a given moment is a game changer. Speeds up the learning and understanding process.
